Shared Imaginary

Pedagogical art project - Sound Art - Creative writing
Paris, 2012; Bogotá, 2018
Description:
What does happiness mean? How would I like to be remembered? What makes me angry? What I dream? What memories do I have of my childhood? What would you like to be invented before you get old? How do I imagine a better world?
These questions are part of the development of a creative writing workshop initially accomplished (in 2012) with young people attending the young antennas of neighborhoods in the Parisian suburbs in France, and later (in 2018) with young people from a neighborhood school Arborizadora Alta, Ciudad Bolivar, Bogotá.
Their writings are based on critical reflections on problems that affect his local and global realities, and that are part of his individual and collective imaginaries of the territories they inhabit. Through the sound register, a compilation of voices is created, a great collective poem constructed from multiple perspectives. Their voices that speak in Spanish or French, express their aspirations, feelings, reflections and criticisms, forming a great sonorous story of imaginaries that although they are different by the contexts and geographical points from where their protagonists are original, but many of these imaginaries result shared.

Protagonists: Students of the 11th grade of IED Gimnasio Sabio Caldas and young people of the Antena Joven Flandre Paris XIX, with the participation of the teachers Lina Gil (Bogotá) and Martine Legrand (Paris).
